How to Change Your Password
If you've had issues with your login, the RecruitLoop team may have provided you with a password to use when logging in.
Once you've logged in with the provided password, you should change to a new password that only you know. These are the steps to follow when resetting your password.
Note that your password must contain lower/uppercase letters, numbers and symbols.
Steps to change your RecruitLoop password
Step 1 & 2
After you're logged in to your account, to update your password, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen. Next, click "Settings".
You'll then arrive on your accounts settings page. In the menu on the left side of the screen, click "Change password".
On the page that opens, there are 2 password fields. Write in your new password in both fields, then click "Save".
And that's it! You'll see a message at the top of the page saying that your "password changed successfully". You can now use your new password to access your account.
Q: I know that I changed my password, but I still can't login. What am I doing wrong?
A: Make sure that you're using the correct username for your login (typically your work email).
