No. Under our model, the employer bears the risk because we’re saving you 70-80% on recruitment fees.
If this does happen though, circle back with the Recruiter you worked with and discuss what went wrong. There is a good chance there may be a few candidates that have come through the pipeline, or that your recruiter may know of who they'll gladly send your way. Or better yet, you can re-engage with that recruiter to continue the search. Doing so will save you tons of time and money since the learning curve & ramp up time has already been met.
